Alabama does not have a CSS program at this time. However, they are working to identify what, if anything, is lacking in their current process (or results) to satisfy the label of being Context Sensitive. ADOT realizes that this is one of FHWA vital few goals and is working on a policy statement, process changes and training needs that may be identified.
