While Arkansas does not have a CSS program, the AHTD has been employing context sensitive solutions since the late 70s when an Interdisciplinary committee was established. Through the Interdisciplinary committee a special group of professionals with expertise in social, economic, environmental and engineering share in the responsibility of project development.
