We attempt to address context sensitive issues and we have a department policy that provides very general guidance. However, we do not have a formal review/design process. We also do not have separate funding for context sensitive issues that a program would imply.

Depending on the project we utilize citizen action committees, stakeholder meetings, and involve local and tribal governments throughout the design process.
